Jesus, Race & You Consulting, LLC. (JR&Y), is a fusion of 25-years of organizational development and change management expertise with spiritual formation. JR&Y is an unaffiliated para-church consulting service that equips churches to embrace and enfold racial diversity.  In this capacity, JR&Y works with church thought-leaders and lay persons guiding multi-year racially inclusive community initiatives. We provide consultancy, strategic planning, facilitated conversations, and educational forums towards a practical biblical theology of inclusion and increase of multiracial and multicultural congregations.

R. Tyrone Kelsey, M.A., CEO and Managing Consultant, served as Chair of Ford Motor Company's Information Technology Diversity Action Team for 12-years (an employee-based endeavor supporting the creation of a diverse, respectful and inclusive work  environment).  His work in this capacity was featured in the February 2004 issue of Profiles in Diversity Journal magazine.  Tyrone spent much of his career at Ford Motor Company in Senior Business Analyst and Program/Project Manager roles engaged in departmental and global process re-engineering and change initiatives. Tyrone is a graduate of New Detroit’s Multicultural Leadership program, has a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, and a Masters of Arts degree from Ashland Theological Seminary. Tyrone is a 35-plus-year member of the multiethnic Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Kevin Casteel, M.A., Consultant, has been employed by Ford Motor Company in the metro Detroit area for over 20 years as an Interiors Product and Validation Engineer. Kevin and his family moved to Detroit from El Paso, Texas on the US- Mexico border, where they were deeply involved in teaching, missions, music, and multi-cultural ministry. After settling in the Detroit area, he and his wife Lucy have sensed God leading them to join a predominantly African-American congregation.  They have been actively involved as members of Canton Christian Fellowship in Canton, Michigan for over 12 years. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso. He also has a Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, Massachusetts.
