“Men (people) often hate each other because they fear each other; they fear each other because they do not know each other; they do not know each other because they cannot communicate; they cannot communicate because they are separated.” ― A. Philip Randolph

Our Purpose

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. noted that “the most segregated hour in this nation” is Sunday at 11:00 am. Jesus, Race & You Consulting envisions an environment within local congregations that embraces, enfolds and empowers persons of diverse races and ethnicities.  We envision an ever-increasing number of Christian communities of multiracial inclusion, where 11:00 Sunday morning is no longer the most segregated hour of the week. We believe that transformation of our relational values and beliefs begins when we become disciples of Jesus Christ. We come to an awareness that we, both individually and collectively, have been and continue to be infected and impacted by the history of race and segregation in America.
